Kristian’s career blends his expertise in legal research and analysis with a deep understanding of technology and business. Beyond traditional legal domains like torts, education law, and contract law, he is a recognized expert in specialized areas such as intellectual property, antitrust, telecommunications, and Internet governance. Owing to his depth of knowledge, he is regularly invited to share his insights on emerging legal topics through speeches and writings.
Before entering the legal profession, Kristian founded a venture that provided software integration and data analytics services to small and medium businesses. Concurrently, he also lectured in the Computer Science Department at Rutgers University.
Kristian has been a Fellow at the Internet Law & Policy Foundry, as well as the Eagleton Institute of Politics. Kristian graduated magna cum laude from the Rutgers University School of Law, where he also made significant contributions as a member of the editorial board for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy.
Kristian previously served on the board of the New Jersey Leadership Program and also chaired the Asset Forfeiture Working Group for the NJ State Advisory Committee to the United States Commission on Civil Rights. He has also served on the Federal Communications Commission’s Broadband Deployment Advisory Committee.
